Questions? We’ve Got Answers

  • Do I need to be present during the shoot?
You don’t need to be on-site — our pilots handle everything professionally. If you prefer to be there, we’re happy to coordinate, though scheduling may take longer.
  • What safety measures do you follow?
Safety is our top priority. We inspect all equipment before and after every flight and strictly follow FAA and manufacturer regulations. We avoid unsafe conditions, including bad weather, radio towers, high-voltage lines, large metal structures, and prohibited areas. FAA rules also limit flights over people, beyond visual line of sight, over 400 feet AGL, or in controlled airspace without prior approval. If your project requires special permissions, I can assist with requesting FAA waivers in advance to ensure everything is done safely and legally.
  • How long does it take to get my photos and videos?
Please allow up to 1 week for edited photos and up to 2 weeks for edited videos after the shoot. I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible while ensuring every file meets the highest quality standards. I always try to exceed these time frames, but this is the longest you should expect them to take for delivery.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling is simple — just visit my website, go to the Schedule section, and submit a request with your property details. Be sure to complete the payment form at the same time. You won’t be charged until I’ve successfully captured your photos and/or video.
